Hi; For those who haven't been run off by my photo, let me introduce myself to you. People call me Chip and I am a designer and builder of custom homes in the Louisville Kentucky area. The houses that you will view on this site all have plans that are all available to you for purchase. Construction can be done by me locally or with your builder at your location. Custom designs can also be produced.
I have 25 years experience and have designed and built numerous, homes, completed many renovations, remodels and room additions. This site spotlights some of my work as well as some art work and some other favorite things that will help you get to know me, and possibly inspire.
